• 5th Perk Slot at PIII-50

  Simple Idea, once a character is prestige III and level 50 they unlock a 5th perk slot. Same could go for killer if you wanted. Possibly might need some balancing, but could solve that with a match making tweek so that it's more common for players with higher prestige(s) to get matched together? Just a thought.
