White ward not working

Platform; PC I was in a lobby as nea with a commodius toolbox + wire spool + Brand New Part and white ward. Before the game started I changed my character to jake then changed back to Nea. I started the match with my toolbox but in the end game UI my item showed as a purple flashlight with no add-ons and my only commodius toolbox disappeared. DeadByDaylight.log
