• New killer perk idea (splinters)

  I'd like a perk that would , slow a survivors crawling speed and prevent them from recovering while in a downed State. Another variation would be to make them bleed to death faster while crawling. I call it splinters. To balance this perk. It can be used on one survivor at a time. There can only one splinter active. And it stays on the survivor until the teammates remove it. To remove it w
