  In its current state, Breakdown's usefulness is quite limited. It can only be triggered a maximum of twice per trial. So, I would suggest that its effect can also be triggered when unhooking other survivors instead of just when you get unhooked. If that's too strong, maybe throw in a cooldown or something.
