• Are flashlights bugged or changed?

  I haven't played for a while and recently got back. I noticed something is off about the flashlights. It seems really difficult to get flashlight saves by simply aiming the beam at the killer's face at the correct time. After digging around online I found some people saying it was changed and are unsure whether it's a bug or not. Is this a bug and are they going to fix it? If not then can anyon
