  I'll make this as short and easy as possible. Add an extra generator to the game, every 2 gens completed begin a intermission phase that blocks off repairing the other gens for let's say small - medium sized maps 30-40 seconds larger maps 60 seconds, this would give killers time to do chases and allow survivors to do something other than holding M1 on gens all game.
