• Why is dead by daylight taking such tough action against chat offenses

  I was permanently banned from the game after 850 hours because of slight insults that occurred at intervals of months. Why does a chat issue end up with a game ban when the chat in DBD is even after the game and not while playing. I have not played unfairly in the game, neither hacked nor otherwise hindered the game itself. Fooling around in chat apparently ends with a game ban at DBD. Don't care
