  Hey there! Long time survivor player. I've been thinking about disconnect issues for a bit now, and something came to mind. Whenever the rest of the team sees someone has disconnected, it instantly 'tilts' them; upsets, angers, or otherwise reels them and puts them in a state of mind where they might play below their usual ability or perhaps will stop trying altogether. My suggestion is
