  So I just played as the Demogorgon on the Hawkins Lab map and I was able to successfully kill 3 of the survivors. I knew where the hatch was so I went straight to it of course. When the hooked survivor was about to die, therefore making it only me and another survivor, I was waiting for the hatch to open and I saw the other survivor running towards me, aka the hatch as I was standing right on it.
