I don't really get why they cost more than the survivor/killer they came from if they don't 1. Have their own perks 2. Have their own prestige cosmetics, and 3. Literally everything fun about survivor just keeps getting removed. Flashlight moonwalking/360ing is just impossible now. They made flashlights feel clunky to use just to appeal to 1% of the player base, and not even address the other flash issues in the game. With a ton of good survivor perks and killer perks being gutted, people will start using other perks that will completely ruin the fun of the game. Every survivor will run adrenaline, and any genrush build, because that's really all you can run now as they have gutted basically everything else that was useful on the survivor side. There is effectively, ZERO reason to disconnect when the match just started. People constantly say "Well, the Nurse is overpowered" The issue is, you could at the very least stay in the match and try to improve, instead of immediately leaving. Personally, I would simply make it to where if your ping isn't low enough, you cannot log into the game. This would effectively nerf lagswitching and make the game a little bit more playable. Or, simply add ping based matchmaking. You have low ping, get matched with other low ping players (with SBMM ofc) You have high ping, get matched with other high ping players. And so on, and so on.
