Just poking around to see if this apparent rank bug is known. I seem to be ranking up despite getting rinsed and not at all reaching the thresholds for rank up. Hey just played some games tonight and was about to hit bed when i spent some bloodpoints on my Kate. Upon reaching level 25 a Chinese firecracker appeared in the web. Dafuq? Not sure if it's been explained yet as the killer was just revealed. But... why can he speak? Isn't the entity supposed to take speech from everybody it has trapped? Genuinely curious! Has anybody ever pulled one of these off? I feel like loads of people (myself included) didn't even know this was a thing for the longest time. Usually if you are in range to try to execute it your ass was grass already.
