  I, sadly, can't access the PTB but I've seen many videos and streams of people playing as The Legion and all I can say is... I'm disappointed. When I first read the power and the lore I was surprised, I absolutely loved this killer; but I've come to realize how bad they actually are. First of all: movement speed. Please make The Legion a 115% movement speed killer. Everyone dislikes slow killer
