• Any way to see unlocked perks from before the overhaul patch?

  I'm still seeing sharable perks that I unlocked from before the new prestige system, appearing on blood webs (even though I haven't prestiged the characters that have them). I'm guessing if you unlocked a sharable perk the old fashioned way, it still can appear in blood webs like it did before (even without prestiging). But is there a way to actually see which perks are available, so I don't bot
