  I have noticed that many times the wiggle bar will fill up but will still give the killer a second to take a few more steps before letting you out of their grasp. I just went through a trial where the wiggle bar was full for an entire second but didn't stun the killer, giving them the time to reach the hook and put me on it.   This has been going on for months and has yet to be fixed through multiple updates. I'm on the east coast of the US, and I've only seen one other person report this way back in June! The game CRASHES EVERY TIME you send or accept a friend request, and STILL crashes randomly in the lobby after matches! Please fix this, its getting ridiculous.
