• Disappearing of items even with white ward equipped

  Hello their, a friend dropped a anniversary med-kit for me and I had white ward equipped to prevent the loss of said item. We had a 4 man ESCAPE keep in mind an ESCAPE with item in hand. While also having white ward, and the end results say I lost a yellow med-kit and gained a anniversary med-kit. Once I went back to the lobby my item was lost and not in my inventory. Can you fix this bug? It has
