Disappearing of items even with white ward equipped
Hello their, a friend dropped a anniversary med-kit for me and I had white ward equipped to prevent the loss of said item. We had a 4 man ESCAPE keep in mind an ESCAPE with item in hand. While also having white ward, and the end results say I lost a yellow med-kit and gained a anniversary med-kit. Once I went back to the lobby my item was lost and not in my inventory. Can you fix this bug? It has happened multiple times, if possible can you add the item back to my inventory?
