  The easiest solution I see to solve this issue, is to make it so the players queing on the killer side must already be in a pair before they can ready up. This should have a drastic improvement on ques just by the premise of culling an abundance of solo killers that need to be filtered into lobbies with both enough survivors, and a team-mate that isn't a duplicate pick.
