  Let's be real, who actually remembers Technician other than it's Feng's perk? When was the last time it was used by someone other than a new player (besides me cuz I hold onto things of old)? Technician in it's current state is not good. It got shadow nerfed AGES ago to have really no benefit for the drawback. Any player that consistently is on survivor could identify why Technician is not a good
