  The game doesn't launch. If I press Start of Game on Steam, an error appears on Easy-anti cheat(Codes 14). What should I do? I have repaired EAC, but there is an error as expected.

  More people are experiencing errors than the developer thinks. But We're just waiting because of the word you're working on. I have no reason to play the game because of an error, and I can't even proceed with XP and archive. You have kept us waiting for two weeks even though you are aware of this, and we want compensation. Please fix it as soon as possible.

  I'm a user suffering from an error. I can't enjoy the contents of the game even though I paid for it. I can't get a Blood Point because of an error in every game. I think I can complain about this as a consumer. But the developers ignored it for two weeks. This is a deception and fraud to consumers. This is a very urgent error, and should be resolved as soon as possible
