I'm a user suffering from an error. I can't enjoy the contents of the game even though I paid for it.
I can't get a Blood Point because of an error in every game. I think I can complain about this as a consumer. But the developers ignored it for two weeks. This is a deception and fraud to consumers.
This is a very urgent error, and should be resolved as soon as possible
