  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When using the fragrant tuft of hair add-on ("old" Myers), if my power is ending mid-lunge but I hit and down the still-exposed survivor as it finishes, the game gets confused and the survivor gets up. This has occurred to me several times using this add-on. On my HUD, it says the survivor is only injured, with even their scratch marks, audio, and blood briefly hidden. Howev
