  The amount of Toxic Killers have spiked. 2 games not 5 games apart A bubba that tunneled and camped AF. And a Wraith(who thank you developers,getting boldness points vs him is irrelevant) who did the same thing.   Self care was already dead AF...now? Beaten a dead horse with a stick after setting it on fire.. It's like the developers got an issue with it,35% from 50% is insanity is what they did! Either they get base healing reduced to what was a few years ago 14 seconds or even lower 12 seconds or buff SC to 75% healing to even make it compete with Mikaela's boon totem..
