  Does it give perks a boost in efficiency. For example, the self heal perk heals at 50% will it heal at 55% or something when I prestige?

  Recently I've encountered a wave of RQs and I'm sick of losing my items and thousands of blood points. I think rage quitters need to be more efficiently dealt with.
