  I've always been one for level up systems.. and I really love the Dead by Daylight leveling system/prestige system. Currently, you can level up your survivors and killers, as well as your account in general. An idea came up in my mind: What if there was a leveling system for perks? So, I'm going to split this Discussion into separate categories: 1) Balanced? 2) Rewards 3) Level Up System 4)
