  Hello, I just made an account to present this idea I had: How about instead of a vaccine you get the syringe and the liquid (solution) separately. So you require to combine the two items to create a vaccine to heal the infection like in the original games. The first supply case opened would become locked so no one else can grab it and the second supply case will still be unlocked for other surv
