I know he's not really up for being changed soon but thought I'd throw an idea out for whenever you get there. Make it so he can only "trigger" his tier 3 on someone he has stalked sufficiently to earn the tier 3 value. Instead of perks applying a x% multiplier to the base values, instead have them set said them to "Y" value with the lowest altered value applying. Example(values are not suggestions): If Call of Brine regressed gens at 125% speed and Overcharge regressed gens at 150%, then taking both would result in a regression speed of 125% as it is the lower of the two modifiers. Please... please please please darken these maps slightly and remove the "tint" that is applied to the entire map. For those of us who are colorblind and use a filter to be able to play the game, the "tint" that is applied to the entire map means the ground, corn, sky, and everything the light touches (including the survivors) are all the same color.
