• Please don’t replace hemorrhage effect, add to it instead.

  Current hemorrhage has cases where it is useful, such as in the case of Boon:Shadowstep, Lightweight, and using as Twins to help track with Victor. I can’t imagine this status effect being too good if you simply added the heal progress decay on top of the increased blood loss. Please reconsider this decision.

• Does the Hemmorhage change replace the bleeding or is it an addition?

  They mention that it’s not useful because of scratch marks but it’s still useful for countering Shadow Step and Lightweight and useful for tracking as Victor so I’m hoping it’s an addition but it’s unclear.
