• can we talk punishment real quick?

me & my friends like playing DBD together but the games so buggy prone to crashing all the time, and for whatever reason, you devs made the game crashing a reason for a matchmaking ban. This is how it happens; me + friends play game + game crashes + we wait 5 minutes to play game again + game crashes again + we get punished for stuff outside of our control + you devs do nothing = gradual lo
