  not sure if this falls under a balance issue or not, but i find flashlights to be a big problem in this game, and not for the reasons you may be thinking. I understand they can be annoying to killers such as myself who get blinded at every turn, but i also understand it is a useful tool for survivors and would not suggest getting rid of them.
