  I for over a month had a glitch in my Tomes where I couldn’t work on the rift and the challenges, it sent me back removed a bunch of the work I had done and I couldn’t progress further. It also changed my level but my BP and shards were fine as well as my rank. I contacted them asking for help, I paid to be able to work on my challenges for the rift but I couldn’t work on it because it didn’t wor
