  In the current state of the game ranks honestly just feel like an indicator of playtime at best.   BL honestly feels pretty pointless to use and occupy an entire perk slot in comparison to any other exhaustion perk. But i understand how strong it could’ve been in the right hands, especially around certain tiles. But on the other hand i think taking up an entire slot just to completely remove stagger is a pretty good cost. Maybe give it a cool down like finesse . I mean I’ve been playing for up
