• Make Dead Hard Usable again.

  Although Dead hard has been for a long time a very unfair I believe the 0.5 seconds window patch is fair as that leaves the use of deadhard up to skill, but needed to be unhooked to use it I believe completely eradicated any usage of it, its so unnecessary what’s the point of it even being an exhaustion perk if you can only use it twice if you even get the opportunity to.
