  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: 2nd blink will appear to properly go through for about .5 seconds before suddenly cancelling and entering fatigue. Seemingly, this is caused by the blink to fatigue window still continuing despite the 2nd blink appearing like it was properly launched and granted. PLATFORM: PS4 STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: 1st blink will always be successful. 2nd
