  I might be crazy, but normally when dead by daylight announces a non-licensed chapter, they tend to give us 1 or 2 clues and that's it about the chapter. They don't put as much effort into hyping a non-licensed compared to a licensed chapter.   Can we nerf some perks already and add some new ones. People are asking for killer nerfs and the killers don't need nerfs, some of the perks do. Before I get into everything, some perks are a problem and need readjusting on both survivors and killers sides.
