  Why release a champion that is still so buggy as to be unplayable? It happens at least once per match that my Victor gets bugged out and stuck in the floor. Sometimes, when I do manage to successfully unbind him without glitching him, I see him floating in the air above survivors I've pounced on. Not to mention that Victor can't even do the locker ability that he is supposed to. This killer
