  I haven't bought Ash on the store so I made sure any time his perks were on the shrine of secrets to get them, today I was looking for flipflop to try a build but I realize that I am missing both flip flop and mettle of man, I previously had the tier 3 on both meg and felix, I tried to see if they appered on the blood web still no, I am certain I bought them on the shrine and that I had them.
