  Pyramid head is practically worthless. Let's start with his rang attack. At this point if you can't dodge it you just suck. If timed 100% right you can hit a survivor going through a window or dropping a pallet. His cages have little to no use. Assuming you waste your time corrupting a survivor and then you down and cage them, the other survivors are going to instantly rescue and heal that surviv
