  I find it extremely unfair there's no option to have any support from BHVR staff when there are D/C penalties happening chronically to your account because of an unknown issue that's not your fault and very specific to DBD. Having D/C penalties completely automated and supposedly immune to being overturned is lazy and negligent. I've had my PS5 shut off completely multiple times while playing DB
