  Hello! I just got a neat new perk idea. So you know how there's urban evasion that makes you crouch faster, and there's Fixated which makes you walk faster ... so my idea is a perk that makes you run faster, but it has a serious downside, after running for a while it gives you Broken status for say 60 seconds or so. It makes perfect sense as your character is like really trying hard to run faste
