  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: If the player had saved their Tokyo Ghoul cosmetics into one of the three cosmetic loadout slots, they will keep access to the skins, under some weird limitations and visual bugs: 1. Any time the survivor model is reloaded, the skin returns to the base survivor outfit, weirdly including the post-match screen. Swapping the Cosmetic loadout preset to a different one and back
