I've hardly played over the last couple of weeks and decided to get some matches in. smh Felt REALLY bad after this match. Also, how the heck did a rank 4 get paired with a 20? I'm fairly new to the forums and the one tagI understand is the DEV tag. But the others, I would like a little more clarification. The TRUSTED tag is the one that confuses me the most. Who gets it? What is it based on? Are they employees of DBD or other? Just played a match where a Claud DC'd after I had downed her and was going to death hook her. What I don't get, as she had done a couple of saves and no doubt had some points (not many, as she was the first one going to be sacrificed in the match), why DC? You lose all points and make it a total waste of time for yourself. As killer, I already got the majority of points that I could have gotten1 comments 21 views last activity

Discussion to fix ranking: I've been thinking of this for a while and I think the shards/pip progress should be based against the killer you are playing. Here's how it works as it applies to me... I'm rank 7. Players that are rank 5 - 9 (+ or - 2 ranks) are considered equals and their shards/pip progress is normal. Normally, as soon as I hook, I move off to check on a gen. If I happen to still be close when they get unhooked, I may head back, and I will chase the new survivor, not the one that was unhooked. If I think someone might be in the area, I might do a quick search around and give chase if I find anyone. My question is... should I be lingering closer to the hook longer? One survivor dead. All gens done and just hooked a Meg for 2nd time. BBQ lets me see where the other two are, near the exit. Bill is heading back towards Meg. Laurie is at the gate and I assume starts to open it. I intercept Bill and injure him. I get to the hook as he unhooks Meg and I hit again... hitting and downing Bill. Just played a game where the survivors ran 2 shiny coins and 1 tarnished coin. Of course they found a key and 3 of them escaped (the last was already sacrificed.) There was 1 gen left and they had 3 gen'd themselves hard. Didn't matter that I had iridescent as gatekeeper. The key should not let 3 survivors escape.10 comments 191 views last activity

I'm a rank 7 killer. Today, I played a match against rank 5's and 6's and to be honest, I thought I was playing against rank 16's. I've heard people talk that the old ranking system was much harder. I had 2 matches recently where at the last moment in the lobby all the survivors switched to a single character. The first match was Claudettes and the second match was Bills. I try not to tunnel, but this was coordinated and they wore the same exact outfits too, and it was very difficult. I got a 4K with the Clauds and one Bill escaped through the hatch. I just got my gaming PC this week, but before, I played & enjoyed killer, I just couldn't get past rank 16 because my system sucked (All-in-one system.) In a chase as killer, I had between 8-15 FPS. Best I ever saw as survivor was 28 FPS. 15 was the norm. As a rank 16 killer, late evening, I was in a match with a red, two purple and one green rank.
