• Website Support Tickets Down?

  I've tried submitting multiple tickets now and each time the website gives me an Oops error but also the notification that my ticket was received. Upon checking my ticket history, it's completely blank (I've submitted at least a dozen tickets before and they are all gone now). Is there something wrong with the supports website? I got an email notification for said tickets, but nothing appears in

  I know this is from a while back but after things have settled a bit I wanted to properly post some feedback on how the Mori rework should work to ensure healthy gameplay. • Prestige Login Screen Still Here, Months Later

  Ever since the Prestige update rework dropped that login notification telling me about it has always been there. No matter how many times I restart my game it always shows up every single time, every day. I saw briefly someone mentioned this as a bug on Reddit but I was unable to find a solution to fixing it. I would just like it to go away at this point.

Costs two iridescent addons, requires you to basically not hook anyone or pressure gens, and the only way you can actually get it, is by having survivors be 'merciful' to you. • Post Match Survey Rewards?

  Wanted to poke around, ask and see if anyone has gotten their rewards yet by chance for participating? I went a little overboard and sent in about 20ish survey's so I don't know if they are having to review things manually or not but I imagine if people sent in more than the requested 7 it could affect processing time.
