  Me and another Survivor made it out of a recent trial today, and I hit spectate as I like to watch the other survivors try and get out. The last survivor came through the exit, so I hit continue. The loading screen stayed on for almost 10 minutes before I decided to close the application. I've never seen this before so is it possible that the killer disconnected? And if so, do I still get the bon

• Level 50 killers

  I I am relatively new to the game, have been playing the game about 3 months, and noticed that if I did not prestige a Survivor, I could still have access to perks in the following bloodwebs. However now I'm playing killer, and have one at level 50, I have gone through three or four blood webs and still no perks are showing up. Is it different for Killers than it is for survivors?

• Why do the generators not light up/glow sometimes?

  Brand new at this game, and glad I found these forums. I've been playing for two days and never had a problem seeing the generators light up as a killer. However my wife started playing and they never light up for her. Neither do the exits. I believe she was using the Trapper. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
