  So I was thinking about a perk that is somewhat anti slug and I realized that there isn't any perk or mechanic in the game that increases the amount of time that you can be left on the floor before bleeding out. This could be a new perk or something added to perks that are already based around you being downed on the ground. Arduous Hound (not sure about the name) increase bleed out time b
