  As a killer, it's frustrating to be looped and waste a lot of time. As a survivor, it's frustrating to be camped by the killer. In general, I do believe chases should be a last ditch effort to escape and lose the killer. I do believe camping should be discouraged and seen as a nonviable strategy.
