  Let's say that as a killer you decide to pick ruin as a hex perk. You start the match, but instead of it getting destroyed after 30 seconds give or take, you start with 5 dull totems as always and you can choose which dull totem you can use as your hex totem. You would go up to the dull totem and do a short interaction. Of course your perk wouldn't be active until you do this. I believe this woul
