  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: After a survivor uses the spray the killer instinct doesn't go away. Don't know if it's relevant but it's purely visual so no heart beat sound. PLATFORM: PC Steam STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Seems to happen at random, in the video i just infected bots until it happened.
