• How long is support supposed to take?

  I submitted a support request because I get a 404 error when attempting to link my DBD account to my Behaviour account to enable the cross-progression between Steam and my Xbox. I submitted the support request July 18th and still havent heard back after I sent a couple follow up messages to check in. Is it normal for support to take this long?
