  • I stopped playing killer about a year ago, and don't touch it much at all. For good reason. Even before SBMM, I remained in grey ranks, as I wasn't too great. However there were several matches where I as the killer had to face red rank survivors. To this day I haven't had a fair match of killer. One time I even got the chance to see my opponents stats, which dwarfed my 40 days, with a whopping

  • I know it has nothing to do with Ranks. However Ranks relate to how much you play the game based on what you do in the match. For example I do a lot of generators in the match then my lightbringer will go up and there for I gain a pip towards my rank. Same with the other categories. Therefore my rank would somewhat represent how much effort goes into a match during a month. So then how doe

  • When players complain about tunneling everyone always comments saying "Bring Borrowed Time". I'd understand in a SWF standpoint, but what about solo queue? Bringing BT doesn't stop YOU from getting tunneled if YOU bring it. Bringing BT helps your teammates, but there's no telling if people will bring BT in solo queue.

  • I play a lot matches, both killer and survivor equally. But EVERYBODY has a different view on tunneling and camping. But I want to know from both sides without being bias, why tunneling could be a viable strategy if I were to use it every match. I personally believe there should be more ways to counter it other than DS. (I don't believe that BT is a viable option, because if you play solo queu

  • That goes without saying. But trying to get better at this game is impossible when killers can face camp and tunnel the survivors just because that day they decided to be scummy. I understand that there are perks that help with this, but that's the sad thing. I shouldn't need to sacrifice my perk slot for a chance to stop a scummy killer from playing horribly. Almost every killer I go against ei

  • The new killer the Nemesis is coming to dbd, but is it as powerful as we want it to be? With this killer, there is a new effect called the "Contaminated" status effect. This means that zombies in the map can hurt you, and so can the Nemesis' tentacle strike. There are a limited amount of vaccines, but what is the real threat of this effect. I think that zombies within a certain radius of a con

  • Facing the Cannibal. A rough task if there aren't any pallets or vaults to save you from the chainsaw. But what if there was an alternative? Leatherface's ability, the chainsaw, doesn't feel special to me. I look at his track star companion, the Hillbilly, and I see a big difference between the two. The Hillbilly has a chainsaw sprint. He runs and knocks down Survivors he hits with the chainsaw.

  • The Reverse Bear Trap. The Pig's main power. But how powerful is it really? From the perspective of both a Survivor, and a Killer, I find the only thing this does is slow the game down slightly. But how scary / fun is that? Very rarely do my traps even activate, and I have never gotten a kill with the trap. Over the span of maybe 100 survivor matches, I have seen the trap kill 2 people. (This i

  • Alright. Let me start off by saying I don't like playing this game competitively, because it hurts my brain constantly doing the same scenarios. As soon as I hit Green rank it's only NOED, Michael Myers, Spirit, and Huntress. So I'm trying to view this game in a way I can have fun. However, I find there are a few killers / perks that really take away from the fun. Below I have listed some sug

  • Recently I've seen a huge surge in Ghostface in my matches. I play a pretty wide variety of ranks, seeing I am rank 8 and my friends that I play with every now and then are Yellow and grey Rank. But for some reason a pattern I've noticed in all ranks is GH (Ghostface) being played. I find the surge is getting annoying, having to constantly go against Ghostface all day. I've had a counter set afte

  • I've tried playing some killer again, but I'm constantly getting survivors in red ranks. I just hit green rank and I'm constantly being tortured by survivors who have more experience than me. I don't think I can even enjoy trying a new killer anymore. I tried the whole roster and each and every one of them makes killer less enjoyable. It's not fair, and nothing changes. I no longer have ruin to

  • I've played maybe 15 games of killer today. On several occasions I have been given survivors who's ranks are way further than mine. I have attached five images of the games that really stuck out to me. It's making this game less enjoyable each time, and it's making the games unfair. Survivors are way above my skill base and I find it hard to enjoy many killers. There must be a way to fix this. I
