    SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Owned cosmetics do not appear in the customization tab and cannot be equipped. The UI shows the messege "No cosmetic item available" (Spanish client: "No hay objeto cosmético disponible") for all my characters, even though i own multiple skins.     SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I didn't receive a one reward from the rift PLATFORM: Nintendo Switch and Steam. STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I've noticed that part of the Feng Min skin hasn't been delivered to me, even though I've already reached the maximum level of the rift pass.     PLATFORM: Nintendo Switch Hi! I've been trying for weeks to complete the Tome II challenge "Afflict 4 different Survivors with Madness I as The Doctor", but no matter what I do, it doesn't progress. I've had all Survivors affected, even up to Madness III, and it still doesn't complete — not even when I afflict all of them with Madness I at the same time. Is the challenge bugged or something?
